A renewables company based in East London are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with heavy industrial experience ideally for a days based position. You will be responsible to provide first line maintenance to a large scale, renewable energy facility. This role will ensure downtime is reduced or eliminated and complete preventative maintenance to meet the company KPI’s and budgets.
Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:
Carry out repairs and maintenance on process equipment including, pumps, shredders, macerators etc.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on mechanical sorting equipment.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on a variety of gas handling equipment including blowers, compressors, upgrading units and filtration systems.
Carrying out full site PPM’s and managing the inspection regime with a software-based CMMS system
Carrying out repairs by deploying fabrication and welding equipment.
Perform mechanical, electrical and C&I fault finding on a variety of process equipment using a mixture of conventional techniques, SCADA analysis, PLC fault finding and PID diagrams.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 0r 9am till 6pm

Qualifications of a Maintenance Engineer
NVQ level 3 in Engineering
Full driving License
