How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Client Services Executive
    £34,000 per annum
    Full-time, 40 hours per week
    Based in Feltham and fully on-site (car parking available)

    This is a great opportunity to step into a client-facing role within the logistics industry, whether you’re looking to build a career in sales or move into a longer-term path within customer success.

    You’ll support clients after go-live, helping them get the most from the service, solving issues as they arise, and building strong, long-term relationships.

    It’s a role where you’ll learn quickly, get exposure to different parts of the business, and play a key part in the overall customer experience.

    Key responsibilities

    * Support the sales cycle by working with new clients and ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding into day-to-day account management

    * Prepare regular performance and service reports, giving both internal teams and clients clear visibility on key metrics and trends

    * Analyse customer and delivery data to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service or introduce additional solutions

    * Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

    * Build strong working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term success

    * Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

    * Keep CRM systems up to date, track client activity, and support the wider sales process where needed

    Skills

    * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and internal teams

    * Highly organised with good attention to detail

    * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    * Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial

    * Proactive, with a willingness to learn and get involved

    * Happy to pick up the phone and build relationships

    * Previous experience in customer service or sales would be useful, but not essential
