About Us: Our client is a leading manufacturer of pulp packaging. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Factory General Operative.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
Assist in the production process, including packing and labeling products.
Ensure the factory floor is clean and safe at all times.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Perform quality checks on products.
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Work efficiently to meet production targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand on your feet 8 hours a day.
