Play a pivotal role in scaling online vehicle sales and distribution operations for the Managing Director role.Duties:
Lead the strategic development and execution of the business plan to achieve a 1,000-vehicle stock at any time within 18 months.
Oversee the launch, management, and operational performance of multiple sites, focusing on digital sales and customer experience.
Implement scalable logistics and distribution systems across national locations.
Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and operational processes to meet aggressive growth targets.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company's vision.

Proven success in senior management roles within online automotive sales, ideally in the commercial or van market sectors.
