Unicare Complex Care Specialist is recruiting a Complex Care Specialist to support children and adults in Guildford and surrounding Surrey areas with autism, learning disabilities, complex mental health, and long-term health needs.
You will deliver person-centred care in the community, promote independence, and build strong relationships with clients and families.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience

Experience in autism, LD, or mental health
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
*
Available Monday–Sunday, including weekends
