About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join our growing team based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in metal fabrication who is looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricating, assembling, and repairing sheet metal products
Operating machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and drills
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in all work
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous experience working with sheet metal is essential
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
Experience with fabrication tools and machinery
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
