How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Title: On-Site Staff Co-ordinator
    Location: On-site with client (location to be confirmed)
    Salary: £27,000 per annum
    Hours: Thursday - Monday, 5:30am - 2:00pm (40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break)

    About the Role
    We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Staff Co-ordinator to manage and support temporary staff at one of our key client locations. This is a hands-on role where you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of attendance, performance, and compliance.
    This position is well-suited to someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and able to respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day management of temporary staff on-site
    Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
    Address and resolve issues such as staff absence, lateness, and conduct concerns
    Ensure all staff are equipped with the correct PPE and equipment
    Liaise with the client and internal teams to maintain service levels
    Coordinate shift coverage and arrange replacements when required
    Maintain accurate records and reporting
    Promote a positive, professional, and safe working environment What We're Looking For

    Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and take initiative
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Confident in handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
    Previous experience in a supervisory, coordination, or recruitment role (desirable)
