Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality presentations, proposals and tender documents to support business development
* Assist in the preparation and submission of PQQs, RFQs and formal tenders
* Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, case studies and company profiles
* Plan and deliver social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
* Maintain and update the company website and online presence
* Support lead generation activities and identify new business opportunities
* Work closely with internal teams to gather technical information for bids and marketing content
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
* Ensure all branding and communications are consistent and aligned with company values
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or bid/tender support role
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional documentation
* Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral
* Familiarity with social media marketing and digital campaigns
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience within an engineering, construction or technical environment
* Knowledge of tender portals and bid processes
* Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)
* Basic understanding of SEO and website management
