You will work with learners from first contact through to outcome, while also bringing new individuals into the pipeline through outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Alongside this, you will support employer engagement activity by helping identify opportunities and connecting learners to suitable roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting learners from initial enquiry through to employment
* Building relationships to understand goals, strengths, and barriers
* Working with Job Centres, partners, and local networks to bring in new learners
* Supporting employer engagement by identifying opportunities and connecting with local employers
* Matching learners to suitable job opportunities and securing interviews
* Preparing learners with employability support
* Coordinating with employers and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking progression
* Working towards targets linked to enrolments and job outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service, employability, recruitment, or engagement roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence speaking to new people and building rapport
* Organised and able to manage multiple learners
* Proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks
* Comfortable working towards targets and outcomes
