A well-established Building Services consultancy is looking for an Electrical Associate Director to lead its London electrical team. You will take responsibility for large-scale custodial prison projects, ensuring delivery to budget and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Mentor and develop your team, shaping the division's strategic growth
About You:
* Extensive experience delivering large-scale electrical projects, ideally within custodial or complex sectors such as infrastructure
* Proven leadership and commercial acumen, including budget management
* Strong client-facing skills and experience in business development
* Ambitious and motivated to grow with the business toward equity partnership
