    Job description

    We are working with a well-established and highly respected infrastructure contractor, known for delivering complex projects safely and efficiently, to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team.
    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of key rail and civil engineering projects, working within a supportive environment that values quality, innovation, and career progression.     As the Site Agent your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    * Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
    * Leading and motivating site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
    * Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
    * Monitoring project progress and producing regular reports
    * Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
    * Overseeing quality control and ensuring works meet required specifications

    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

    * Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar role within rail or civil engineering
    * Strong leadership and communication skills
    * Solid understanding of project planning and delivery
    * Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
    * Relevant qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or similar)
