Must have’s
* Previous experience in a customer service or support role
* Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
* Proactive, customer-first mindset
Nice to have’s
* Experience using Xero
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Exposure to logistics, delivery booking or order fulfilment
* Experience within a product-based or distribution environment
So, what will you be doing?
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
* Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries and orders
* Handling customer queries, complaints and enquiries
* Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
* Processing customer orders and supporting administration tasks
* Creating invoices and managing orders using internal systems
* Producing Excel files for warehouse picking
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
* Supporting sales through upselling where appropriate
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
