Chef De Partie

chef de partie, required in the berkshire, 40 hrs, paid overtime & basic is £30,000 (40hrs) + service/tips (around £1k), £31k package plus paid overtime, straight shifts., parking on site. This is a stable very established company.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie from a rosette or a good background to run a section in this kitchen, they have a restaurant and events as well. you will prep your fridge, ensure your ready for service, cook in service and ensure everything runs smoothly on your section. the sections change around. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a rosette background or a fresh food background at either chef de partie level or a demi chef de partie looking to step up
