What you'll do as a Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils across the primary curriculum
Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support where needed
Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines
Encourage pupil engagement and confidenceWhat we're looking for in a Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting)
Positive, proactive attitude
Strong communication skills
