About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to provide sales cover across developments in the South West Midlands. This is a multi‑site role suited to someone confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
You will represent the business across several developments, delivering an exceptional customer journey while supporting sales performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities

Providing professional sales cover across multiple new homes developments
*
Managing enquiries, viewings, reservations, and progression through to completion
*
Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing all administration
*
Presenting sales offices and show homes to a high standard
*
Communicating professionally across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels
*
Working collaboratively with site teams and regional management
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in New Homes Sales (essential)
*
Strong negotiation and closing skills
*
Excellent communication and customer‑service approach
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*
Ability to handle complaints and challenging situations professionally
*
Highly organised with strong administration skills
*
Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
*
Flexible with duties, locations, and working hours
*
Willing to travel to all sites within the South West Midlands region
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
