We are working with a well-established and respected boutique law firm in Coventry that is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its thriving residential property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion - all while delivering outstanding client care and ensuring compliance throughout.

🏠 Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files - including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
Draft and review contracts, title documents, and legal reports.
Conduct searches, raise/respond to enquirers, and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure full compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate file management and high standards of legal service delivery.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Executive, or Solicitor.
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and current legislation.
Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, organisational, and file management skills.
Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
A client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
