How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Branch Manager – Recruitment (Industrial/Temps)

    Location: Worcester
    Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + 10% Uncapped Commission (No Threshold)

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead and grow the Worcester office.

    This role would suit an experienced Branch Manager or a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

    You’ll have the autonomy to build, develop and scale a high-performing desk and team, with the backing of an established and supportive business.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Managing and developing the Worcester branch

    * Driving business development and securing new clients

    * Leading from the front with billing and desk performance

    * Managing and mentoring recruitment consultants

    * Growing the industrial/temp division

    * Building long-term client relationships

    * Delivering against revenue and performance targets

    What We’re Looking For

    * Proven experience within industrial/temp recruitment

    * Strong billing history and consistent performance

    * Experience in business development and client growth

    * Leadership experience OR ready to step into a management role

    * Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious

    * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
