We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Devizes.
This is a hands-on role working night shift on an ongoing basis, involving basic machine operation, component handling, and visual quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and supporting production processes
Handling and loading components with care
Carrying out visual quality inspections
Following clear work instructions
Keeping your work area clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred)
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working night shifts on a ongoing basis
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
