You’ll be delivering high-quality teaching across motor vehicle programmes, supporting students from entry level through to advanced study and apprenticeships. The role combines classroom delivery with hands-on practical training, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge required by today’s automotive industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions that support student progression
Assess student work and track progress using electronic systems
Contribute to curriculum development and ensure content remains industry-relevant
Provide pastoral support as a personal tutor
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
Maintain strong links with industry to keep programmes current
What We’re Looking For
A relevant Motor Vehicle qualification (minimum Level 3)
Industry experience within the motor vehicle sector
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience delivering or supporting vocational/apprenticeship training (desirable)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners of all levels
A passion for education and student development
