Your main responsibilities would be:
•Deliver against operational targets through problem solving and collaboration with Group Lead
•Identify and deliver training in line with employee development plans. Supporting onsite inductions
•Support the following: Zero Incident Workplace Culture, Manufacturing Process Design, Manufacturing Value
•Monitor and improve operational flow to deliver high levels of efficiency along with eliminating waste.
•Timely and accurate processing of information and data.
•Identify opportunities for improvement.
•Assist Group Lead in day to day responsibilities and workload planning.
•Support relationships with other teams and work collaboratively other departments
The essential skills and experience we are looking for:
•Manufacturing experience (Ideally within Assembly)
•Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings.
•Use of inspection equipment.
•In depth knowledge and understanding of technical processes in order to overcome operational issues.
•SAP knowledge prefered.
•Good communicator, a team-player, able to motivate others.
•Able to plan, organise and prioritise own and others workload.
Hours of Work:
7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm on Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid meal break each day.
