Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of customer orders and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to quote and lead time requests promptly and professionally.
Process orders by verifying export compliance documentation, RFIs, specifications, and stock availability.
Coordinate with production teams to check lead times when stock is unavailable, ensuring order accuracy and confirmation.
Analyse the order portfolio for each ASC and communicate deadlines on a weekly basis.
Collaborate effectively to refine and improve lead times.
Complete and maintain OTIF (On-Time In-Full) reports.
