Cost Analyst

Our client, a prominent entity in the energy sector, is seeking a dedicated Cost Analyst to join their permanent team. This role is integral to the 'Energy' business unit, providing essential cost management and analysis services that enable the team to excel and meet their commitments. Key Responsibilities:

Generating and reporting weekly revenue and cost reports
Managing journals and providing cost details to the commercial team
Analysing weekly and monthly cost and revenue data
Maintaining full control of the cost and invoicing process
Working closely with the commercial team to understand costs and resolve queries

Job Requirements:

We seek individuals who can bring the following skills and qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Numeracy and analytical skills are essential
Experience in a similar role is preferred or a recent degree in business, accountancy, or quantity surveying
