Senior Paraplanner

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next senior role where you can take the lead on complex planning, deepen your technical expertise and play a key role in shaping how the advice process operates. In this role, you will become a central part of the advice team, working closely with advisers on more challenging client scenarios. You will be responsible for producing high quality technical work, improving planning processes, and acting as a supportive sounding board for colleagues. As the business continues to grow, there is scope to get involved in wider projects and gradually take on more senior responsibilities within the paraplanning function.

Senior Paraplanner duties

• Build and check detailed financial planning cases, including tax, IHT and cashflow
• Act as a technical reference point for advisers and paraplanners
• Review and refine report templates and internal processes
• Support team members with guidance and quality checks
• Contribute to broader project work as the firm develops its planning proposition

Senior Paraplanner Requirements
• You must have strong paraplanning experience within a regulated financial planning or wealth management firm
• you should have proven technical ability including tax, IHT and cashflow
• You must be Level 4 Diploma qualified
• Ideally you should be working towards Chartered status
• Ideally you should have experience with cashflow modelling systems
