    Teacher of Drama
    Start Date: September 2026
    Location: Rickmansworth

    A high-performing and forward-thinking secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Drama to join its creative and dynamic Expressive Arts faculty from September 2026.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for a suitably experienced candidate. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and high-quality drama lessons that foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration.

    The Role:

    Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
    Plan and deliver innovative and challenging lessons
    Contribute to extracurricular productions, performances, and school events
    Support students of all abilities in developing performance and analytical skills
    Work collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious departmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:

    Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
    Have a strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama and theatre
    Be an inspiring classroom practitioner with high expectations for all students
    Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
