Key Responsibilities:
* Attend client sites to carry out servicing, repairs and system checks
* Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
* Deliver excellent customer service and act as a professional representative at all times
* Plan daily work schedules and ensure the correct tools and materials are available
* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of site visits
* Liaise with clients on-site to answer queries and provide updates
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, hands-on approach
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with good time management
* Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented
* Full, clean UK driving licence
