Forklift Driver
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our client at their new Daventry site. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term temp to perm position with a global logistics leader.
The role requires an experienced and confident Forklift Driver able to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Your Role
Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles
Move stock and pallets around the warehouse
Support general warehouse operations as required
Work within a clean and organised logistics environment
Follow site health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence - essential
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance truck
Ability to work accurately and safely
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to complete a week of training prior to starting the fixed shiftPay & Shifts
£13.50 per hour until 20:30
£15.62 per hour for the final 2 hours
Monday to Friday
