How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Zünd Digital Cutter Operator – Night Shift
    Location: Ashford, Kent
    Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 1:30am
    Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)

    A well-established print and display production company is looking for an experienced Zünd Digital Cutter Operator to join their production team on a permanent night shift in Ashford, Kent.

    This role will involve operating a Zünd digital cutting system to produce high-quality point-of-sale displays, signage, and packaging components for a range of retail and brand clients. Working within a busy production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

    The Role

    As a Zünd Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running digital cutting jobs across a variety of substrates including board, vinyl, foamboard, and other display materials.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operating and maintaining a Zünd digital cutting machine
    Preparing and setting up jobs using cutter guides and production files
    Ensuring accurate cutting, creasing, and routing across a variety of materials
    Monitoring quality throughout production runs
    Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting where required
    Working closely with print and finishing teams to ensure smooth production flow
    Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environmentWhat We’re Looking For

    Experience operating Zünd digital cutting systems (or similar digital cutters)
    Background in large format print, POS, signage, or display production
    Good understanding of different materials and cutting techniques
    Strong attention to detail and quality control
    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
