The Role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Showroom Assistant to join our team on Saturdays. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with enquiries and general showroom duties.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming customers into the showroom

Providing basic information about our bespoke furniture and services

Assisting customers with initial enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member if required

Keeping the showroom tidy, organised, and presentable

Supporting the team with general showroom tasks

What We're Looking For

A friendly, approachable, and professional manner

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliability and punctuality

An interest in interiors, design, or furniture is a bonus but not essential
