So, what will you be doing?

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement

* Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans

* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

* Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications

* Providing market insights and salary benchmarking

* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Winning new business and developing existing accounts

* Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout

* Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

* Collaborating with colleagues to share leads and celebrate success

* Contributing ideas to support ongoing growth and innovation
