Job Description: 

Brambles Day Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 5 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education while working in a supportive environment that promotes growth and development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Support the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5. 
Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s learning and development. 
Work closely with experienced staff to assess children’s progress and identify individual needs. 
Engage with parents and families to support children’s learning at home. - Participate in off-the-job training sessions and complete the necessary coursework to achieve your Level 5 qualification. 
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.  Requirements: 

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential. - A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
