We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with a reputable care provider as a Deputy Manager to oversee a residential service for adults with learning disabilities in Barnsley.

To be successful in this role you will;

Have experience working as a Deputy Manager in a residential home.
Have experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team.
Be dedicated to providing outstanding care.
