As Chef De Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen brigade:
Prepare ingredients and dishes, maintaining quality and consistency
Manage your section and ensure high standards are met
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise waste
Work closely with the team of chefs and Front of House during busy service
Continue developing your skills in a professional kitchenWhat we're looking for
