Key Responsibilities:
* Deputise for the Registered Manager and manage daily operations.
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support.
* Lead, supervise, and develop the care team.
* Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
* Work closely with families, social workers, and partner agencies.
Requirements:
* Senior experience in children’s residential care (2+ years).
* Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and children’s needs.
* Flexible, reliable, and passionate about improving outcomes for children
Salary description
£36000.00 - £38000.00 per year
