We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor. My client is currently looking for a Roofer to carry out day to day roofing repairs and maintenance within occupied properties in the Surrey and surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with plenty of room for progression.

Duties will include:

All aspects of roofing repairs and maintenance
Repair and maintenance of flat, tiled and slated roofs
Inspect roof defects and determine appropriate repair methods
Minor carpentry works associated with roofing
Lead work and flashing repairs
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
Working in accordance with building regulations and roofing safety standards
This is a permanent position and you will receive the below:

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
Minimum 3 years’ experience in roofing, ideally within social housing or repairs & maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
DBS check required
