About the role - Behaviour Mentor
I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school based in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a Behaviour mentor to start with them ASAP. As a behaviour mentor, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher inside and out of the classroom to ensure that a safe learning environment is maintained. The school are looking for an individual to work 1:1 with KS3 students that are at risk of exclusion. The successful candidate will be required to build rapport with the student they will be working with, encouraging them to take the correct path and progress in their education.
