EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a warm, inclusive primary school in the heart of Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Reception class within a supportive Early Years team focused on play‑based learning, holistic development, and high‑quality early education.

What We're Looking For

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception or Nursery)
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child‑centred learning
✅ Ability to create a stimulating, safe and nurturing classroom environment
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, parents and external agencies
✅ A reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute ideas, develop professionally and be part of a collaborative team

You Will Be Responsible For

Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and continuous provision
Tracking pupils' progress using formative assessment and observations
Creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and confident
Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
Working closely with teaching assistants and EYFS colleagues
Ensuring safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care are prioritised at all times
