Sheltered housing coordinator

BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Haywards Heath.

This role is 21 hours per week over 3 days (flexible)

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.96ph PAYE- £20.40ph UMBRELLA

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Duties include:

* Welfare checks on residents.

* Health and safety checks

* Signposting

* Organizing activities

* Reporting any maintenance requirements.
