This is a senior leadership opportunity within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, offering real scope to influence and shape supply chain strategy across an international operation. Reporting into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring the network is optimised for service, cost and efficiency. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party logistics partners to deliver a resilient and high-performing operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy
- Lead planning, forecasting and S&OP processes
- Optimise supply chain networks to improve performance and efficiency
- Oversee logistics, transport and customer delivery operations
- Manage and develop key third-party logistics partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong expertise in planning, forecasting and supply chain optimisation
- Experience managing complex logistics networks and external partners
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior level
