New exclusive Quantity Surveyor position in central Kent

- Salary: £ negotiable and dependent upon experience
- Package: £6,000 - £7,500 car allowance (dependent upon level), 5% pension, 25 days holiday and private healthcare.

This contractor is a central Kent construction company that is very well established and deliver a broad range of projects across Kent and neighbouring counties.
Projects typically range in value from £250,000 - £3 million with a repeat client base.
The Quantity Surveyor role:
- Managing commercial activities on a range of construction projects.
- Procurement and placing subcontractor orders.
- Pricing variations, preparation of valuations, negotiating and ongoing final accounting for contractor and client accounts.
- Cash flows and cost reporting.
- Attending site meetings and client meetings.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or civil engineering contractor.
- Qualified to a HNC level or above.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills.
