    • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a warm, efficient, and helpful experience

    • Preparing contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and care

    • Maintaining up-to-date and compliant employee records and systems

    • Supporting People projects and continuous improvement initiatives

    • A proactive and persistent approach - you follow things through and don't let tasks drop

    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • A people-first mindset and passion for delivering a great colleague and candidate experience

    • Clear, confident communication skills

    • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

    • Previous HR or administrative experience is helpful, but not essential

    Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative People Team where your contribution really matters. This is a great opportunity to build your HR career in a role that offers variety, responsibility, and real impact.

If you're organised, approachable, and motivated by helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

We look forward to welcoming you to the team!

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive Salary: Alongside a generous annual leave package and flexible working options.
