✨ What You'll Be DoingAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating supportive and inclusive learning environments. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personalised 1:1 or small‑group support to students with a range of SEN needs.
Helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
Assisting teachers with planning, classroom management, and learning resources.
Supporting pupils' emotional well-being and positive behaviour.
✔️ What We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from you if you have:

Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant SEN training or qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
