Environmental Operations Manager

Bridgnorth Town Council are looking for a motivated Environmental Operations Manager to lead a grounds maintenance team of six, ensuring our parks, landscaped areas, and public spaces are safe, attractive, and maintained to the highest standards.

This role combines team leadership, operational oversight, environmental stewardship and community engagement. If you can demonstrate an experience in providing clear, supportive, and effective line management to develop and motivate teams, with a clear focus on performance and delivery; we would like to hear from you.
