The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Seeking an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties and associated needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons, lead small group interventions and provide cover when required. The role involves supporting learning, behaviour and communication, contributing to EHCP outcomes and maintaining a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment.
