This office based sales manager will lead a small, high performing sales team, ensuring their international customers receive first class service, reliable equipment, technical expertise and dependable global delivery. Working alongside a supportive leadership team in a strong development environment with occasional UK and international travel.
As the sales manager, you will lead and develop a team of 3 on-site and 2 remote sales people, driving commercial growth, overseeing key opportunities and campaigns and building strong relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders globally.
You will work closely with the head of global sales and the wider leadership team on forecasting, strategy, and continuous improvement across sales processes.
To apply for the sales manager position, you must have proven experience leading and developing sales teams in international or multi-region markets, strong account management and relationship-building skills with a track record of delivering results.
Ideally you will have exposure to oil & gas, gas detection/calibration products or have a technical/scientific background, but essentially, you will need to have high commercial awareness and negotiation skills at a senior level with experience in technical or industrial sales environments.
Benefits:
Basic salary: Up to £42,000p/a
Commission: Additional on target earnings of up to £21,500p/a paid monthly, with an uncapped commission structure and performance-based accelerators.
