Hays Education is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our team in Rotherham & Surrounding areas. We have immediate placements available, and we welcome applications from professionals currently working with other agencies.
💼 What You'll Be Doing:

🌱 Empowering students with SEMH needs to grow academically and personally.
🧠 Supporting inclusive learning environments alongside experienced educators.
🤝 Providing tailored one-on-one or small group support.
📝 Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day tasks.
✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
Experience working within a care background, such as social care, health and social care, nursing etc.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant qualifications or training (a bonus, not a must!).
