Property Officer

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Officer to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Sleaford.

Your Day-to-Day

* Ensure Health and Safety compliance of all non-housing Assets

* Manage contractors delivering services, repairs and cyclical maintenance

* Contract administration

* Complete condition surveys, inspection reports and carry out building management plans

What You’ll Need

* A Building related Higher National Certificate or equivalent experience/qualifications

* Experience in a Property related discipline, preferably managing Assets

* A background in managing Health and Safety compliance

* Experience in people management
