    Job description

    Maintenance Electrician (Production)

    Maintenance Electrician (Production)
    Irvine & Prestwick
    £45,000 – £50,000 + Overtime + Day Shift

    Most maintenance roles are either chaotic or completely dead-end.

    This isn’t either.

    This is a growing engineering business taking on more responsibility across production environments, with long-term contracts in place and a clear plan to expand.

    The leadership understands engineering because they’ve done it. It’s not driven by process or corporate structure — it’s driven by what actually works on site.

    If you want stability, you’ll get it.
    If you want to progress as the business grows, that’s there as well.

    What you’ll be doing

    * Electrical maintenance across production equipment

    * Fault finding and problem solving

    * Working with drives, compressors and associated systems

    * Planned maintenance and breakdown response

    * Supporting improvements across two sites

    What you’ll need

    * Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

    * Strong electrical fault-finding ability

    * Experience with drives, compressors or similar

    What you get

    * £45,000 – £50,000 basic

    * Overtime available

    * Days-only rotating shift (no nights)

    * Generous holidays and pension

    * Ongoing training and development

    * Long-term stability with progression opportunities
