Syntech Recruitment are working with a high-precision manufacturing business based close to Lurgan to appoint a CNC Programmer specialising in complex aerospace components.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities
* Offline CNC programming for 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres using CAM software
* Develop and optimise machining strategies across materials including aluminium and titanium
* Select and implement efficient tooling packages for each component
* Design and develop fixtures and workholding solutions
* Liaise with external programming subcontractors where required
CNC Programmer Requirements
* Experience in offline CNC programming using CAM software (e.g. Mastercam or similar)
* Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (3, 4 and 5-axis)
* Background in aerospace or high-precision engineering environments
* Experience machining materials such as aluminium and titanium
* Ability to develop and improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
* Understanding of controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain – desirable)
