Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

This role would be a great fit for someone who has worked as a Production Technician, Process Technician, Line Technician, Machine Setter, Machine Operator (Technical Level), Production Operative (Technical), Packaging Technician, FMCG Technician, or Maintenance Operative within a production environment.
Please note: This is a 2-stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

Leading your own line: training operators, driving performance, and ensuring your line runs efficiently and smoothly.
Owning continuous improvement: supporting process refinements, boosting productivity, and feeding into development teams to uplift standards.
Staying hands-on: spotting early signs of faults, investigating issues, problem-solving, and preventing downtime.
Ensuring full Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety compliance.
Running lines to SOPs including start‑ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

Experience in food, FMCG, or processing environments is ideal — but not essential.
