We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Warwick.
This role involves preparing and masking vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality expectations and production timelines. You will play a key part in maintaining efficiency across the paint department while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Location: Warwick
Hours: Monday – Thursday | 06:00 – 15:30 (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Up to £19.10 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle preparation and masking

Supporting paint shop operations to meet production targets

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping

Following health & safety procedures at all times

Working collaboratively across different units when required
About You:
*
Previous experience in a paint spraying or prep role
*
Good understanding of health & safety, particularly when working with solvents
*
Awareness of working to production/takt times
*
Comfortable working in confined or awkward positions
*
Able to carry out manual handling tasks when required
*
Flexible and a strong team player
